FRIENDS UNIVERSITY COLLEGIATE RECAP
Derby, Kan. - The Bethany College Swedes Women's golf team competed in the Friends University Collegiate this past Monday and Tuesday at Derby Golf & Country Club. All three girls competed individually. Elin Kennborn came in 3rd place with a total score of 165 (81-84) over two rounds. Alyssa Cardenas came in a tie for 4th with a total score of 166 (80-86). Allison Applequist shot 183 (94-89).
"Really proud of the girl's performance this week in Derby" said head coach Zach Able. "I think they did a lot of things well and are trending in the right direction as we move deeper into the Spring season."

The Swedes will head to Hesston, Kansas for the Hesston Spring Shootout hosted by Tabor College on April 1-2. The women will play one round each day. Play will begin at 9 AM.
