OJO DEFIES ODDS; SHOWS OUT AT NATIONAL MEET

Brookings, S.D. - The Bethany College Indoor Track and Field season has come to a close with a successful showing at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships.

This past week Enoch Ojo competed at the NAIA national championships in the Triple Jump and 200m.

"Ojo has had a sensational season that will springboard him into the outdoor season," said Head Coach Aaron Yoder. "This gives our team a lot of momentum as we look to qualify many events and relays for the outdoor season."

Enoch moved up 2 spots in the 200m and 4 spots in the Triple Jump based on his ranking going into the National Championships. Ojo ran 22.35 in the 200m and went 13.55m in the triple jump.

Coach Yoder: "We are so impressed with how Enoch represented the Swedes this season and at nationals. We are very proud of how the team competed this indoor season and will be excited to start the outdoor season with great marks."
